The Garden room was small but neat and clean. No tissue in the bedroom. No slippers and no bathrobe provided only towels which are located in the CR. There's a 1-ply tissue though in the CR. By the way, we didn't get a good sleep because of their window type A/C, it will cool and then not. The staffs were friendly but I hope they could improve their service. Like we appreciated it when they gave us a hot tea for goodnight sleep but the timing isn't right. We're scheduled to swim that evening so it would be better next time to gave the tea after the evening swimming rather than giving it early and tell the customers to re-heat the tea using electric kettle. We enjoyed the archery and swimming so all is good. By the way, this is located beside the church, so expect you can hear the singing from church.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Their archery range was a bit new and had a relatively short distance at that time. Hoping to go back for a staycation as they seem to have good rooms at reasonable rates.

The staff was very courteous and even prepared a little surprise for us for our anniversary! The room seemed a bit old and could benefit immensely from a bit of renovation. The courtyard right outside the room was so tranquil and well shaded, I wish we had spent more time outside. They have really nice spots to enjoy a cup of coffee and read. It was also quite cool in the morning when we were there early in January. The tap breakfast was good!

Our massage was lovely. The massage room was cozy and private with its own restroom. Staff are very skilled in removing muscle knots and are professional. Will definitely go back for a massage in this hidden gem! :)

I’m glad T House is open once again. We Took our chance and walked in for their spa services and had a relaxing back massage. Natie was very good and she expertly massaged my hard shoulders. The facilities were clean, the music calming, and the room temperature was just right. We had lunch after and the service was superb. I liked my sauteed squid rice bowl.

Had a relaxing stay at T House. Best thing for me is the staff - all are very friendly and accommodating. Food was great and the ambience very pleasant. Got the room with a balcony where we can have our food served there so we can dine privately. Just note that because of covid protocals the massages don't include the hands and face. But overall still very relaxing. Only complaint was the bathroom by the pool which didn't look cleaned and maintained.

One of the masseuses burped all throughout the service. Gave feedback. The parking attendant was a bit arrogant and didn't wear a mask cause he was eating while working. There's a great weekday promo that seems like value for money but it's only Monday to Thursday.

T House has always been my favorite hideway whenever I take my Lenten break. So it was really tough during the pandemic. It must have been tough for them too especially since the last two years was not only challenged by the restrictions of the pandemic but it was also riddled with other equally hard situations like the eruption of the Taal Volcano. But the T House Team managed to keep the hotel in good condition with considerable improvements in a lot of areas. But what really stands out here is the service. Despite the significant change and reduction of staff, with new faces greeting us in our stay, the service remained excellent. We always felt we are taken care of not just as guests but as friends and even family.
